Why This Policy Exists:

  • Covers add-on requests that come up during the visit but weren't scheduled
  • Prevents delays to other customers' time slots
  • Keeps pricing fair and predictable for everyone
  • You'll always get a clear recommendation: finish now (if time allows) or book a new visit

When This Applies:

  • • The request was not listed at booking
  • • It would push the visit past the scheduled time
  • • It requires a separate trip or additional time block

Same-day add-ons may be completed only if there is enough time remaining in the scheduled window. Otherwise, we'll book a new service appointment at the standard rate.

Many issues can be resolved remotely when appropriate.

$100 flat rate for residential service — $150 flat rate for business IT support. Both services include up to 90 minutes. You'll always know the cost before work begins.

Payment is due after service is completed.

Service Scope:

Residential service covers ONE issue per visit with up to 90 minutes included. Business service includes up to 90 minutes for any tech challenges.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card (tap-to-pay)
  • Cash
  • Digital payments (Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, & More)

No-fix, no-fee guarantee:

If we can't find a solution or provide a clear diagnosis for your tech issue, you don't pay. Note: A successful diagnosis that requires a part replacement or hardware upgrade counts as a completed service.

Diagnostic & Travel Fee:

A $50 fee may apply if a technician arrives on-site but cannot complete the service due to incompatible hardware provided by the client or if the service is cancelled upon arrival.

No upfront fees for standard residential services. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we'll explain the pricing and get your approval before proceeding.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

We understand plans change. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

Appointments missed without notice or cancelled late may be subject to a small missed-appointment fee to cover reserved time and travel. Our goal is fairness and flexibility while respecting everyone's time.
